Yarl Technologies releases a new Pressure Instruments Calibration Simulation Software App

Pressure Instrument Calibration is a software simulation application used for training and developing your calibration skills of pressure instruments.

Pressure instrument calibration is a process of verifying the accuracy of a pressure instrument with a known test pressure gauge.

This simulation application is developed using National Instrument’s LabVIEW software. Intuitive controls and layout of components make this application very user friendly and easy to use. Instructions below will help you to get started.

Pressure instrument calibration simulation software has four types of air supply sources, Air Compressor, Dead-weight Tester, U-Tube Manometer and Hand Pump. Each air pressure supply source comes with an option to select either analogue or digital test gauge.

Pressure Instrument Calibration Simulation has five types of pressure instruments for practicing and mastering the skills of calibrating pressure instruments. There are 36 pressure gauges, 16 pressure switches, 32 pressure transmitters, 16 pressure control valves and 9 current to pressure converter – in total of 109 pressure instruments!

16 Pressure Gauge instruments are of C-Type Bourdon Tube gauges available for practicing and mastering the skills of calibrating medium to high pressure gauge instruments.

Another 16 Pressure Gauge and 4 vacuum gauge instruments are of Spiral Type Bourdon tube gauges available for practicing and mastering the skills of calibrating low pressure and vacuum gauge instruments.

Pressure Switch instruments are of Standard or Differential Type available for practicing and mastering the skills of calibrating pressure switch instruments. Standard type has a fixed hysteresis band and cannot be adjusted, whereas the Differential type has an adjustable hysteresis band.

Pressure Transmitters are of Gauge or Differential Gauge Type available for practicing and mastering the skills of calibrating pressure transmitters. Each transmitter has two push buttons to calibrate the instrument to required range.

Pressure controlled valve positioner instruments are used for opening and closing large valves. Current to pressure converters are used for controlling valves, actuators, dampers and vanes.

Talometer – DGTAL Carnatic Metronome

Talometer DGTAL
DGTAL Talometer

Talometer DGTAL Features

Its elegant design, which mirrors the way one would put the Tāla by hand. This makes it very intuitive to identify any Aksharam while you concentrate on rendering the song. The distinct colour of each lamp is visible at wide angles and all musicians on stage. Furthermore, with very few buttons and a simple display layout showing the Tāla notation, DGTAL Talometer is a very user-friendly accompaniment.
